These mixed-use residential apartments are for families, designed for convenience and built for a lifetime. Alpha Apartments started with the demolition of an existing hardware store. We then constructed a five-storey residential development with a low-rise block with sixty-eight apartments and a two-level basement with eighty-two car spaces and 1,400m2 cold shell retail space on the ground floor. It was built together with DeiCorp and renowned architects Tony Owen & Partners.
