Raymond Khodabaksh is the founder and director of Ironforge Group, a boutique construction company based in Sydney. With over 15 years of experience as a construction head contractor, Raymond is a property and construction professional, having delivered many of Sydney's high-end and multi-faceted projects with Australia's most prominent organizations.
Ironforge Group was built on the foundations of quality, integrity, and passion, and Raymond's vision is to operate an organization that cultivates the industry's best performing individuals, fosters a culture of excellence, and consistently delivers high-quality projects. Today, he plays an active role in managing client projects, overseeing operations, and mentoring staff while continually strategizing.
